CBC x Joola Giveaway 2025 Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. SPONSOR
The CBC x Joola Giveaway 2025 ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Coronado Brewing Co. ("Sponsor"), located at 170 Orange Ave, Coronado, CA 92118, and Joola ("Promotional Partner"). This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or any other social media platform.

2. ELIGIBILITY
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, Promotional Partner, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

3. ENTRY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM PT on January 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM PT on December 31, 2025 ("Entry Period"). Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

4. HOW TO ENTER
Participants may enter the Giveaway by either:

Limit one (1) entry per person per quarter. Multiple entries from the same person per quarter will be disqualified.

5. PRIZES & WINNER SELECTION
One (1) winner will be randomly selected each quarter, for a total of four (4) winners throughout the Entry Period. Each winner will receive a prize pack (the "Prize") valued at approximately $400 retail. The contents of the Prize will be determined by the Sponsor and Promotional Partner at their sole discretion. The Prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent will be provided.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION & CLAIMING PRIZE
Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor within seven (7) days of the end of each quarter. The winners will be notified via the email address provided during entry within five (5) days of selection. Winners must respond to the notification within five (5) days to claim their Prize. If a winner does not respond within the specified timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsor’s discretion.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway should any fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the Giveaway. In such an event, the Sponsor reserves the right to award the Prize(s) from among the eligible entries received prior to cancellation.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Promotional Partner, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable entries, notifications, or other communications, or for any technical failures that may limit a participant’s ability to enter the Giveaway.

9. PUBLICITY RELEASE
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the Prize, winners consent to the use of their name, likeness, and city of residence for advertising and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation or further notice.

10. PRIVACY
Any personal information collected during the Giveaway will be used in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy and will not be sold or shared with third parties except as necessary for the administration of the Giveaway.

11. DISPUTES
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction in San Diego County, California.

12. WINNER LIST
To obtain a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Sponsor at 170 Orange Ave, Coronado, CA 92118 with the request "CBC x Joola Giveaway 2025 Winner List." Requests must be received by January 15, 2026.
