Join the amazing Spirit Barre instructor Tess Kennedy, for a 60 minute barre/HIIT class followed by a pint of your favorite CBC brew. All levels are welcome!

Please bring a mat, water and weights if you have them.

If you do not have weights, CBC will provide something for you.
